The first consult is free, and helps us define the optimal path forward, to ensure you can gain the best possible outcome, along with a clear understanding of the investment required to get there.
When engaged in a project where we are implementing a new system or process, it is important to work collaboratively with all parties involved and keep the communication lines open to minimise disruption and maximise success rates.
Customer Consulting Group provide regular status updates throughout any project we are engaged in, and continue the communication beyond the project completion, to monitor its success and ultimate return on investment.

With over 20 years' experience in the IT Industry, Michael is considered as a well-rounded and experienced professional in the market. Half of this time has been spent as an owner and manager of several successful consulting practices, and the other half primarily within large multi-national technology companies including Microsoft, Telstra and the Sage Group.
He has assisted organisations of all shapes and sizes across a spectrum of industries including Real Estate, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Government, Retail and Not-for-Profit. Michael likes to leverage this experience where ever possible, and share the learnings with others, in order to provide them with a head start on their own transformation journey.
His diverse skill set spans general business and staff management as well as pre-sales, sales, marketing, business analysis, consulting, training, and other technical services.
Along with several general technical, sales and business management certifications, he has been accredited in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, Zoho, SalesLogix/Infor CRM, Sage CRM, ACT! and NetSuite.
