With over 20 years' experience in the IT Industry, Michael is considered as a well-rounded and experienced professional in the market. Half of this time has been spent as an owner and manager of several successful consulting practices, and the other half primarily within large multi-national technology companies including Microsoft, Telstra, and the Sage Group.
He has assisted organisations of all shapes and sizes across a spectrum of industries including Real Estate, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Government, Retail and Not-for-Profit. Michael likes to leverage this experience wherever possible, and share the learnings with others, to provide them with a head start on their own transformation journey.
His diverse skill set spans general business and staff management as well as pre-sales, sales, marketing, business analysis, consulting, training, and other technical services.
Along with several general technical, sales and business management certifications, he has been accredited in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, SalesLogix/Infor CRM, Sage CRM, ACT! and NetSuite.
